3. Buying
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable delivery fees and taxes. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Sellers are responsible for their listings, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable law. Listings must be accurate and must not include prohibited, counterfeit, or unlawful items. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as MonCash and card processors). By paying, you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable amount. We are not responsible for fees charged by your provider.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to defraud users, interfering with its operation, scraping data without permission, or infringing the rights of others.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tout Moun Jwenn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions between buyers and sellers.
9. Changes to these terms
